Unfortuantely, I'm at work right now and only have dorky tech books around me. Sorry Lizzie, but thats what happens when you date a software developer. I'll give it a shot anyway.

Choose Site > Locate in Remote Site. (On Windows only, if the Site window is active, choose Edit > Locate in Remote Site.) You can also select the file in the Local Folder and right-click (Windows) control-click (Macintosh) and choose Locate in Remote Site from the context menu.
