The Third Coming for the Hokies?

According to Techsideline.com today Tarod Taylor, the latest Hampton Roads high school quarterback phenom, will announce his decision on which college he will attend. Hampton Roads has been a hot bed for quarterbacks since 1994. Here is a breakdown of past Hampton Roads quarterbacks:

Tarod is considered on of the top recruits in the country and is often listed as a blue chip recruit or 5-star recruit, which is pretty much saying that he is the best of the best. He will hopefully follow in the steps of Michael and Marcus Vick and attend Virginia Tech. Virginia Tech is considered a front runner along with the University of Florida for schools that he may attend.
